Slicer Magic Lens

Bernhard Froehler edited this page Sep 25, 2024 · 6 revisions

The magic lens can be enabled via 2D slicer context menu or toolbar:

It allows viewing slices of different volume datasets overlaid on top of each other in the 2D Slicers:

Once the magic lens is enabled, there are additional interactions available in the slicer:

  • The size of the lens can be modified via Ctrl+Mousewheel
  • The dataset that is shown in the magic lens can be switched by Shift+Mousewheel.
  • The transparency of the magic lens overlay can be controlled via Alt+Mousewheel (transparency for the whole data, independent of the intensity; this is combined with the opacity from the transfer function for final transparency).
