Main Changes since 0.3.0
The main changes since 0.3.0 are:
- Allow a storage check interval >0 along with no limit configuration
- Use semicolon separator and
User:prefix in the user exclusion list
client.quota.callback.static.excluded.principal.name.list option, make sure to update it to the new format before upgrading to 0.3.1!
