Description

Addresses Deoxys Normal Form and Defense Form using sprites based on Gen 5, despite all other sprites for Deoxys using sprites based on Gen 4. It is my opinion that this change is necessary because stylistic consistency among sprites for a single species is important.

Furthermore, it doesn't make sense to use the Gen 5 sprites for these forms anyway because the poses aren't built for a static sprite. Without animation, the poses just feel stilted and weird. In contrast, the Gen 4 sprites feature dynamic poses that work well with the fact that sprites aren't in motion 90% of the time.

Finally, the palettes for all of the forms have been slightly adjusted to feature a red shading color that looks less lifeless. The animation for Deoxys Normal Form has also been slightly adjusted to match its animation in Gen 4 more closely.

I like the changes! :D
Though I would still take a second opinion from a spriter, as they might see things that I don't :)
