This view is accessed by clicking a button widget. The first page is a json form called Quick Check and has 3 options:

• First Contact
• Scheduled Contact
• Health Concern which in turn shows a different views based on the option selected which renders 6 json views.The views have been enhanced to have several steps for easier view and better app performance.

1. Quick Check (Already filled up there)
2. Profile Contains user information like education level , Marital Status, Occupation, Pregnancy information, Obsteric History, Medical History, Immunisation Status, Medications , Woman's Behaviour e.g Drugs consumption, Partners HIV Status
3. Symptoms and follow-up On Clicking the above named button it renders a view called Physicological Sypmtoms.
4. Physical Exam This is a stepwise view rendered by clicking Physical Exam widget. It contains the following steps: Height and weight, Blood pressure which either has Optip widget and Manual BP measurement options on only Manual Bp measurements options based on country, Maternal Exam and Fetal assesment.
5. Tests Stepwise view with the following sections:

Due Test. This contains test that should be recorded for each woman e.g HIV Test, Ultrasound test among others Other test. These are optional tests but it's recommended to have them. They include Partner's HIV Status, Blood Glucose among others

6. Counselling and Treatment. This is also a stepwise json view containing the following steps views. Danger signs(Optional)(Only displayed if there're danger signs selected on Quick check page), Diet counselling, Counseling, Not recommended view
