This is a vertical pageable and scrollable widget consisting of a list of all saved clients:

  • full names
  • age
  • Gestation age in weeks
  • the client id
  • button widget to start a contact plus one from the previous contact for each client. E.g if you start the previous contact was 1 the button displays:
  • Start Contact
  • Contact 2
  • Last Contact date in DD/MM/YYYY format

On clicking client widget, a summary page is displayed containing the following tabs:

Overview

This view contains all contacts information as a section list view of the following sections: Current Pregnancy, Obstetric History, Medical History, Weight, Medications, Hospital Referal Reasons, Risks and Diagnosis, Physiological symptoms , Immunisation status among others

Contacts

This is a section list view showing list of contact information starting with most recent contact labelled Last Contact.

This is a list of all recommended tests mentioned here
