Revamp landing page

• There are no longer 1000s of useless animations that make openSUSE look childish
• Promote openSUSE from a desktop user angle instead of a... whatever angle it was before
• Make openSUSE Tumbleweed much more prominent, make openSUSE Leap much less prominent

A quick look shows that this PR redesigns half of the page and also includes quite some content changes. I'm not a designer, therefore:

I have discussed this with Appadeia, and I disagreed with a bulk of changes, I stand by that we should make it from scratch.

I think the contribute to openSUSE and chat with openSUSE Sections would probably be some good info to add. I do think that it's probably a good idea to build a new page from scratch as @hellcp says.

@hellcp if a redesign does happen, @mvarlese was interested in having some data about AI on the landing page. Perhaps something like the comment I put above about the info to add.
