I checked the Vale output from a PR and it seems that it's trying to lint the entire directory - including all the dependencies installed 🤦!
This PR should fix that, per the docs here: https://github.com/errata-ai/vale-action?tab=readme-ov-file#files-default-all, by providing the path /docs to lint.
It also fixes the permissions for the linting job.
