TEST: genesis stateroot #25

PR description

Provides a new testcase based on kaustinen genesis.
It puts a list of key-value pairs from a csv file and commits.
The expected stateroot is taken from geth dotfile after genesis.
This can be used to investigates the bugs found in the commitments.

@thomas-quadratic I wanted to add genesis stateRoot test to this repo, made this PR: #33 . Then I realized you already did this, so I merged hyperledger:main to this branch here: dragan2234#1 But still not getting coherent rootHash somehow. I'm getting this 0x6d6de7b5158deae72228ba6191dd5f627b0df483236c8573a3978fb5832c8a24 and it should be 0x5e8519756841faf0b2c28951c451b61a4b407b70a5ce5b57992f4bec973173ff. Just noting this, maybe I did something wrong here
