Pull request'in birleştirilmeden kapatılmasından söz ediyorum. Açık kaynak tasarılarda yönergeye uymuyorsa ya da özel bir neden varsa kapatılır.
Belki içerik bile uymayabilir ancak emeğe saygı açısından en azından incelemek ve neden göstermek gereklidir.
