##First Sponsor Problems

When we began this project, we had a different sponsor and a different project. The sponsor that we had started off with was, for lack of a better term, a jerk. He tried to micromanage every part of the project and would condescendingly lecture us about "not doing enough" or not adequately meeting his over the top expectations. So eventually he decided to drop us from the group and project, then we had to find a new sponsor and project with very little time remaining in the semester.

This issue brought up a concern for the group; will we have enough time to get another project/sponsor and complete a prototype before the deadline?

Even after the fact that we had a new sponsor/project, the fact that we had to do an entire new project, going through the same steps as meeting the sponsor, getting clarification for the project, gathering more details, creating the cases and final aspects of what should be on the site, and then having to fully code the project, while maintaining exactly what the sponsor wants is difficult, especially with the little time we had left.

It was going towards the end of the semester when everyone including the sponsor had exams and other projects to look over and the ability to meet one another with a schedule that worked for all was getting to be very difficult, and thus email and skype were the biggest tools used, with everyone working separately and trying to code one project and link it all together.
