This option calculates and displays some figures about the current use of the platform.
A form is shown with two drop-down menus:

After selecting the scope and the type of statistic, press the button Show statistic to calculate and display the selected statistic.
This option displays a table with the following columns:
- Users (roles)
- Number of users
- Average number of courses to which a user belongs
- Average number of users belonging to a course
and the following rows:
- Students
- Non-editing teachers
- Teachers
- Total (unique users registered in courses: students, non-editing teachers and teachers)
- Guests (user not registered in courses)
This option displays a table with the top 100 users (one row per user) ranked by each of the following criteria for classification (columns):
- Clicks: total number of clicks
- Clicks per day: average number of clicks per day
- Downloads: total number of file downloads
- Forums: total number of posts in forums
- Messages: total number of messages to users
- Followers: number of users who follow that user
This option displays a table with the following rows:
and the following columns:
- Total: total number of countries, institutions, centres, degrees, courses, teachers or students
- With institutions: number of countries having at least one institution
- With centres: number of countries or institutions having at least one centre
- With degrees: number of countries, institutions or centres having at least one degree
- With courses: number of countries, institutions, centres or degrees having at least one course
- With teachers: number of countries, institutions, centres, degrees or courses having at least one teacher
- With students: number of countries, institutions, centres, degrees or courses having at least one student
Lists of institutions ordered according to several criteria:
- by number of centers
- by number of degrees
- by number of courses
- by number of users in courses
- by number of users who claim to belong to them
You can choose the format of listings between:
- Class photo shaped table, choosing the number of columns
- List
- without icons
- with icons
List of types of degree and number of degrees for each type, ordered according to two criteria:
- by type of degree
- by number of degrees
This option displays a table with information about folders and files for each type of file zone. The table contains one row for each of the file zones:
- Documents (courses)
- Documents (groups)
- Private (courses)
- Private (groups)
- Shared (courses)
- Shared (groups)
- Marks (courses)
- Marks (groups)
- Assignments
- Homework
- Total size for courses
and finally a row for the areas of private files:

For each of these areas the information is distributed in the following columns:

Open Educational Resources (OER) are freely accessible, openly licensed documents. You can store OER files in documents zones and shared files zones. This option displays a table with statistics about OER files. The table contains one row for each license and the following columns:
- License
- Number of private files
- Number of public files
Assignments are tasks and homework assigned by teachers to students in ASSESSMENT > Assignments. This statistic displays the following information about assignments:
- Total number of assignments
- Number of courses with assignments
- Average number of assignments per course
- Number of notifications sent by email
This option displays a table with information about test questions for each type of answers. The table contains one row for each type of answers:
- Integer number
- Real number
- T/F
- Unique choice
- Multiple choice
- Text
and a final row with the sum of the preceding rows.
For each type of answers the information is distributed in the following columns:
- Type of answers
- Number of courses with test questions
- Number of courses with exportable test questions
- Number of test questions
- Average number of test questions per course
- Number of times that questions have been responded
- Average number of times that questions have been responded per course
- Average number of times that a question has been responded
- Average score per question (from 0 to 1)
This statistic displays the following information about exams:
- Number of exams
- Number of courses with exams
- Average number of exams per course
This statistic displays the following information about games:
- Number of games
- Number of courses with games
- Average number of games per course
This statistic displays the following information about rubrics:
- Number of rubrics
- Number of courses with rubrics
- Average number of rubrics per course
- Average number of criteria per rubric
This statistic displays a table with information about public activity in the timeline of the social network, distributed into the following columns:
- Type of event
- Number of social posts
- Number of users (publishers)
- Percentage of publishers over the total number of users
- Average number of posts per publisher
and a row for each type of event published in the social timeline:
- Unknown event
- Public document file (institution)
- Public shared file (institution)
- Public document file (center)
- Public shared file (center)

This statistic displays a table with information about forums, distributed into the following columns:

This option displays a table with information about notifications sent by email. The table contains one row for each of the types of events that can cause notifications and a last row for the total of notifications.
The information for each event is distributed into the following columns:
- Type of event
- Number of users who want to receive notifications by email
- Percentage of users who want to receive notifications by email
- Number of events sent in email notifications
- Number of e-mails sent
Notices are public yellow notes that teachers publish in their courses with information of interest for students or for anyone visiting the course. This statistic displays the following information about notices:
- Number of active notices
- Number of obsolete notices
- Number of deleted notices
- Total number of notices
- Number of notifications sent by email
This statistic displays a table with two rows:
- the first row for sent messages
- the second row for received messages
The following information is shown in the five columns of the table:
- Messages (sent or received)
- Number of current messages not deleted
- Number of messages deleted
- Total number of messages
- Number of notifications sent by email
This statistic displays the following information about surveys:
- Number of surveys
- Number of courses with surveys
- Average number of surveys per course
- Average number of questions per survey
- Number of notifications sent by email
This statistic shows a table with a row for each web / social network and the following columns:
- Web / social network
- Number of users
- Percentage of users
For each language, this statistic displays information about:
- Language
- Number of users who have chosen that language
- Percentage of users who have chosen that language
For each of the two options on the first day of the week (Monday or Sunday), information is displayed about:
- Calendar (first day of the week: Monday / Sunday)
- Number of users who have chosen that option
- Percentage of users who have chosen that option
For each of the date formats, information is displayed about:
- Date format

For each icon set, this statistic displays information about:
