in the PR due to the detrended needs. A new module is develop for linear detrending. There are couple accompanied optimization and refactoring

MHW output consider the detrend option
MHW output all ssta in each ensemble member
memory consumption for detrend epscailly is optimized with dask
chunking script is included for any future chunking needs
