Pending Tasks

The purpose of this page is to document any tasks that need doing on a specific date or time. A typical pending task might be a small piece of mid-cycle work to finalise the installation & commissioning of a device on an instrument. Use the link below to add and view pending tasks. When the task is done, it can be removed from the board.

Create a ticket

In general create a ticket for the task and put it in the correct column on the board:

1. Date on which the ticket needs to be done:
   • if it fits in a named column add it to that, no extra date information is needed
   • otherwise add the date to the title and add to Pending column
2. Assign:
   • Assign the ticket to the person who will do it
3. Points - add points count

Do a ticket

1. Put into in progress on the IBEX board, then follow normal ibex procedure
2. Move the task to Done on the tasks board
