SSL/HyBi fixes! Now compiled for Windows!

Thanks to Alicia Sprig, we've got this working with the changes to the chatserver. It's compiled for Windows (that's the exe!) and it compiles easily on Linux. Nobody's been brave enough to test it on a Mac, yet.
