What was done

How to install

Run make fresh on backend
Run nvm use; npm install -g yarn
Run yarn build; yarn start (prefetching is disabled on yarn run dev)

How to test

Check that the footer texts change to the ones defined in the ticket https://helsinkisolutionoffice.atlassian.net/browse/UHF-11173 on all languages.
Check that code follows our standards.

Continuous documentation

This feature has been documented/the documentation has been updated
This change doesn't require updates to the documentation

Translations

Translations have been added to common.json-files and included in this PR.
