The website require some libraries to work:

  • chordD3: This library is from global migration. It is a library base for the circos diagram and it has encapsulate all functionality.
  • chordD3Helper: This library is used by charts.js to show more information in greater detail than allowed by the circos diagram.
  • tools: It is a function packages and global variables of the website
