This article will cover Getting Started with WINC1500-XSTK using Arduino IDE v1.8.1 and above.

1. Prerequisites

To learn how to install this module, see HowTo - Install this module.

2. Adding WiFi features 2.1. Pluging Wifi (WINC1500-XPRO) Extension board

First of all, you need to ensure you plug WINC1500 Extension board to Extension port 2 of SAMD21 Xplained Pro as showed in the image below:
