Adding the external expander Module, that can handle multiple ESPs on the same serial connection using 2-pin rx, tx communication. This is part of #34

  • Create external expander module
  • Serial Communication with software pattern detection to address receiving ESPs
  • Software flow control with XON & OFF
  • change Proxy module to work with external expander
  • rework flow control
  • add address tag to answer
  • testing multiple ESPs
