A simple HTTP service providing the current weather conditions wrapping around the OpenWeatherAPI.

Installation (on *nix-like systems) (Tested on Python 3.9.7):
  - Create a virtual environment for installing dependencies
    - `python -m venv virtualenv`
  - Activate your virtual environment
    - (on *nix-like systems) `source ./virtualenv/bin/activate`
  - install dependencies
    - `pip install --requirement requirements.txt`

Running
  - Open src/weather.py and insert your OpenWeatherAPI api key in the variable on line 14 and save
  - Run `python src/weather.py`
  - Open your browser to http://127.0.0.1:8080/current?lat=<LATITUDE>&long=<LONGITUDE>
    - Lat/Long are provided in decimal degrees (latitude == -90 to 90, longitude == -180 to 180)
    - For example, Fargo, ND
      - http://127.0.0.1:8080/current?lat=46.87&long=-96.78

Next Steps
  - Add unit tests
  - Refactor the API calls out to their own module, making it a more generic API handler
  - More complete error handling and output.
