[POC] druid 23 compatibility test

I confirm that this contribution is made under the terms of the license found in the root directory of this repository's source tree and that I have the authority necessary to make this contribution on behalf of its copyright owner.

for maha lookup to work with druid 23, some changes are required but seem minimal:

1. new abstract function added so we'll need to add them to our implementation
2. some type changes in SQL functionality

I only ran a few SQL queries to verify the functionality but the type changes for SQL need be tested thoroughly.
