[wxMaxima] Startup files

The config dialogue of wxMaxima offers to edit two files with commands that are executed on startup:
- A file that contains commands that are executed on starting up Maxima:
maxima-init.mac - A file of additional commands that are executed if wxMaxima is starting Maxima:
wxmaxima-init.mac
These files are in the Maxima user directory (usually maxima in Windows, .maxima otherwise) in the user’s home directory / user profile directory.
The location can be found with the command: maxima_userdir;
