WSO2 Installation Experience team is pleased to announce the release of WSO2 Kubernetes and Helm resources for WSO2 Identity Server (IS) 5.5.0.

Features:

[1] Deployment controller for a clustered deployment of WSO2 IS profile to manage corresponding pods.
[2] Deployment controller for a clustered deployment of WSO2 IS Analytics profile to manage corresponding pods.
[3] Support for deploying artifacts across nodes.
[4] ConfigMaps in managing pattern specific configurations to simplify rolling out of updates.
[5] Helm charts for clustered deployments of WSO2 IS and IS Analytics profiles.
[6] Test resources to test the core set of Kubernetes resources provided for a particular product deployment.
This include:
a. MySQL Deployment controller to test out an out-of-the-box scalable deployment.
b. Helper scripts for deploying and un-deploying integrator profile in one-go.

Fixed Issues:

[1] Create Kubernetes resources for a clustered deployment of WSO2 Identity Server 5.5.0 with WSO2 Identity Analytics
[2] Remove Kubernetes platform specific Docker image build
[3] Pull WSO2 Identity Server and Analytics Docker images from WSO2 Private Docker Registry
[4] Test Kubernetes resources for a clustered deployment of WSO2 Identity Server 5.5.0 in Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
[5] Test Kubernetes resources for a clustered deployment of WSO2 Identity Server 5.5.0 with Analytics support in Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE)
[6] Introduce health checks for product instances
[7] Add Helm Charts for Identity server
[8] Add Helm Charts for Identity server with analytics
