Implement structure and accessibility improvements in WP Kit Elementor

Changes in this commit include updates to several files within the Elementor theme for WordPress to improve both its structure and accessibility. Updates include changes to template structures in page.php, header.php, and footer.php, along with updated theme information in style.css. Unused custom templates were removed and new files sidebar.php and comments.php were added for better theme functionality. Also includes updated copyright information and footer documentation. The desire is enhanced user experience and web development best practices adherence.
