Changes proposed in this Pull Request:

Previously, There are no qr generator and public link of forms. This PR gives qr generator and public link.

How to test the changes in this Pull Request:

1. Activate QR Generator.
2. Go to Everest Forms > Builder Settings > QR Generator.
3. Enable public link and copy public link.
4. Publish form first.
5. You can generate public link and you can download QR also.
   (Note : You dont need to copy shortcode and create new page. you can direct send QR or Public link to anyone)
