Changes proposed in this Pull Request:

Previously, the 'Add New Templates' section did not include categories. This PR revamps previous features and introduces new ones.

How to test the changes in this Pull Request:

Note remove the node modules and install npm install --legacy-peer

1. First run command "npm run dev --force".
2. Hover the Everest Forms main menu.
3. Click Add new.
4. Test Everything is working properly or not.
