Slightly faster performance! Fixed a handful of obvious performance issues and several not-so-obvious ones.

Introduced a High Quality audio mode for faster computers. Default is Low Quality audio mode, which still sounds pretty good! Like the sweet voice of an angel, heralding forth each precious line and brush stroke.

Known Bugs / Issues
- Thumbnails for boards in
.storyboarder
files created with older versions of Storyboarder will appear blank until you select their board at least once. Previous.storyboarder
files did not store thumbnail files. We now create them on the fly as you select each board. - Switching between layers adds two undo states, which may be unexpected to users. #224
