This PR introduces the Italian translation of the Develop and Build section.

NOTE: The term 'Astro Toolbar'was tranlsated as 'Toolbar di sviluppo Astro. Please confirm if this aligns with the glossary standards.

PS: This is my first PR, I'm happy to receive feedback on any adjustments needed.
