Merge WFA2-lib AVX2/512 vectorization of the WFA extend operation into wfmash. Additionally, the breakpoint finding functions (i2i and m2m) have been ported to AVX2 and AVX512.
Using the scerevisiae8 pangenome with the default parameters (P=50k) there is almost no difference in time. In general, the bigger the alignments generated, the better. When running
wfmashwith P=100k, this PR is ~17% faster on an AMD EPYC 9R14 (Genoa).
