Setup Development

• Clone the repo https://github.com/vysakhmenon-aot/thelonelysailor

• Execute py -3 -m venv venv to create virtual environment in Windows.

• Execute venv\Scripts\activate to activate the virtual environment in Windows.

  • Refer https://docs.python.org/3/tutorial/venv.html for any other OS

• Execute pip install -e . to install lsailor package inside the virtual environment.

• Create a .env file in the parent directory and add a new key DATABASE_URL and specify the value.

Run the application
