Decryptor loader in very first step of developing

The idea is to make "crack a program" more suffering and harder by in memory encryption
Use: ./enLoader myData.enc rsa.private key.bin.enc

TODO: [1] get the whole file info. how many part and section that binary file have. [2] make binary block chaining encryption work
