This PR updates the migration articles in 24.04 with the approved migration path and aliases from articles in both Master and 24.10 branches. It updates the MigrateCOREtoSCALEWarning.md snippet with the migration path information.
This commit removes the aliases for the 24.10 and master branch Migration section landing pages.

This PR updates the CORE to SCALE migration warning snippet with a link to the Software Release page rather than a specific link to the 24.04.2 release.
