Replaces socket implementation with gRPC, for:

  • phase communication
  • inter-node communication

Also:

  • protobuf enrichment for aforementioned gRPC support
  • fixes encoding issues
  • Interruptable threading mechanism for each node instance
  • leveldb based bank account generation/info updation
  • appropriate signal handlers
  • bugfixes and docstrings/inline documentation
