Don't worry about CHANGELOG updates, that is auto generated. This new fact needs unit tests. The existing tests are here: https://github.com/treydock/puppet-infiniband/tree/master/spec/unit/facter |

I needed to know all of my ib firmware versions on multiple cards, so here's a new fact! I didn't want to update the existing fact in place in case somebody was using it, but maybe they should be consolidated.
