⚡️Improvements and bugfixes (and new bugs probably 😇)

• freeing gpu resources for cuda mining (fixes lost hashrates messages)
• enable cache for tonlib
• "mining in progress" message to ensure what's everything is ok
• scientific format for hps
• add platform_id parameter for opencl
• add logfile parameter for tonlib
• docs updated
