Reordering applying solutions and fix ms visibility rotation #58

This fixes an ongoing issue where polarisation data exhibited high levels of Q and U leakage and strange features.

To date the bandpass and science pipelines would first rotate visibilities from the instrument frame to the sky frame before deriving bandpass solutions and applying them. it seems as though the reverse order is the correct way.

To support this:

  • a rename data column task has been created to shift columns around
  • new option to fix ms to correct flux density scaling issues
