What's new:

  • Fixes to make transmart work with oracle
  • Use application cache to reuse patient sets instead of lookup by the constraint string in the database.
  • Respect user permission changes while reusing patient sets.
  • Performance improvement: Copy a patient set from another user with the same permissions when constraint matches.
  • Added <= >= date operations
  • Return date observation as ISO 8601 date string instead of a number. Explicit data type of observation (D) has been added. Sql scripts to migrate existing data are provided.
