Installation

Simply go get this repo, and then invoke help on the binary :-)

The administrator have the rights to:

allow users to add their refcode with the command /allow username
deny users from adding their refcode with the command /deny username
add refcode for him/herself with the command /addcode refcode
list all the pending user currently awaiting approval/denial with the command /listpending
