Checks & Queries

Checks-Queries Menu

  1. General Health Check
    • See TID 7015569 - How to run dsapp general health check on a Mobility server
  2. Nightly Maintenance Check
    • See TID 7013192 - How to check Nightly Maintenance is completing on Mobility server
  3. Show Sync Status
    • Shows queue and database syncevents of both DataSync and Mobility databases (GroupWise and Mobility agents, respectively)
  4. Mobility pending syncevents by User (list of queued events in Mobility agent for each user)
  5. View Attachments by User (see sum of total size of attachments)
  6. Check Mobility attachments (CAUTION)
    • This first checks to see if there are attachments that are beyond day limit that Mobility has been configured to keep. Old attachments should be cleaned by Nightly Maintenance automatically, but sometimes there are so many that Nightly Maintenance can't get to them. At this point it is generally recommended to either increase the Nightly Maintenance run time and wait, run a refresh of the Mobility server using dsapp to sync the data fresh and deleting any old data, or try this option.
    • This is a CAUTIONARY option because it has not yet been fully tested, but appears to work. It should remove any old attachments from the filesystem and the corresponding references in the database. This can sometimes take an extraordinary amount of time.
  7. Watch psql command (CAUTION)
