SIEVE_analysis

This repository harbours scripts used to gather results from simulations and real data analysis and to generate figures in the SIEVE paper.

For simulation results, enter the folder simulation/scripts and type the following command:

$ Rscript --vanilla gather_results.R

For the analysis of real data, the corresponding scripts can be found in the folder real_data/scripts.
