5. Meta Analysis
After cleaned datasets are obtained, the meta-analysis will be prepared by chunking up the harmonized and cleaned datasets in smaller subsets. Upon completion of the chunking, a meta-analysis is performed following three statistical methods:
- random effects,
- fixed effects,
- Z-score based.
