Manager Panel to control Media services like BitTorrent client, Torrent trackers via Web (TBD) and/or Telegram Bot.

Run

docker run -v /path/to/config/media-access/:/config media-access-via-telegram /config/config.yaml

See config example which has to be created, set up and placed into /config directory.
