This PR adds Test-Frame's LogCollector the ST test-suite -> for collecting logs and resource descriptions in case of the test failure. Currently, when a test fail on for example Deployment creation, we don't know what actually happened.
After this PR is merged, we should have clear idea what is happening and fix the issues easily.
