Fixes an issue where the option "checked_by_default_value" was being overwritten by another using the same name. Whenever "Checked by default" was enabled and "Advanced subscription" was disabled the issue would appear.
Create 'subscribe_reloaded_enable_advanced_subscriptions_value' option.

Right now you cannot change the option "Default checkbox value" whenever "Advanced subscription" is set to "no" because an input field with the same name was overwriting it. I think this fixes that.
