Add digital I/O checker to acceptance_test script

To prevent an issue like this upon the delivery at customer's site. What needs to be checked are as follows. Checking electric signals would be probably enough for this test (no need to check the resulted function (e.g. gripper open/close)):

• DIO module available or not
• (If yes) Verify the pin assignment
