Release v0.1.0

We provided a distributed SQLFlow running environment based on Kubernetes, it contains:

• SQLFlow server
• Jupyter Notebook as its UI
• Dependencies like MySQL server, Argo and others
• Builtin SQLFlow Model Zoo

All the infrastructure are wrapped in a vm, you can download the vm image with below command, and follow the instructions to install it.
