Ideal OS: Ubuntu 16.04 LTS

Step 1: create a new directory where you want the project to reside on your computer. Step 2: On the terminal, navigate into your newly created directory Step 3: Run the command virtualenv . Step 4: Download or clone the source code for the project from license-coverage-grader
