Example TOML Files for each Task

TOML, used here as a file extension (e.g. Task1-SearchTaskconfig.toml) tells MetaMorpheus the parameters used for a specific task. There is a different toml file for each task used in a workflow. Examples for each of the tasks available are provided below. If you want to learn more about the parameters used in tasks, have a look at their definitions.
