"desktop" app

It now works as a desktop app:

• file stuff works
• editing is "better"
• looks better
• icons

The web app has all that except file stuff, that'll be next release.

Here's a linux binary, don't trust it.

Core functionality is all "done": editing text, rendering markdown, and rendering latex all work.
