Seperated the ic_launcher_foreground.xml file into two files (foreground and background), so that no longer the default green background is used as the app icon background and also used the foreground as a monochrome icon.

Before a simple green background was used as the app icon background. With this commit the pink background is used as the app icon background and the foreground is also used as a monochrome/themed icon. For more information on themed icons, see adaptive icons, section user theming.
