Install python and add to path if you haven't done so open cmd as administrator and type "pip install opencv-python" once open cv is installed, take a jpg image having faces in it and rename the image as test and paste in face folder. Run the program image.py to detect the faces in the test.jpg file For video detection just run the video.py file
